AI consulting and automation
I help businesses identify where AI makes practical sense and turn that process into a verifiable solution. Websites, forms, CRM and assistants are connected around how your team works.

What you receive
Scope, timing and fees are agreed for the specific project. Access and responsibilities are defined before implementation.
- 01
Process map and justified use case
- 02
Pilot plan with quality and cost criteria
- 03
Prototype or integration within the agreed scope
- 04
Documentation, human review and maintenance plan
- Process
Define the task, inputs and responsible person.
- Pilot
Use representative examples and expected outputs.
- Review
Measure time, corrections, quality and total cost.
- Operation

Success means useful output your team can verify.
AI consulting begins with a process
I first examine which task repeats, how much time it takes and who approves its output. Together we map the data, steps and failure points, then compare simple rules, an existing product and a custom AI solution.
Potential uses include classifying enquiries, summarising messages, drafting responses from approved information and connecting sales tasks to CRM. Selection depends on data quality and how easily the output can be verified. I work from Subotica, Serbia, with remote collaboration available.
From a bounded pilot to implementation
For the first project, I define the input, expected output and the point at which a person takes over. We check representative examples, including ambiguous requests and missing information, measuring processing time, corrections and total running cost.
If the pilot justifies further work, we connect the agreed tools and introduce records, notifications and error handling. Data access is limited to what the process requires. Sending proposals or changing important records can remain subject to staff approval.
What your team receives
The handover includes the process description, operating rules, verification method and usage guidance. We agree who handles failed tasks, updates approved information and maintains integrations, including what happens when a source or external tool is unavailable.
Costs include implementation, subscriptions, model usage, maintenance and human review. Time released is treated as additional capacity until business records demonstrate an actual saving. That evidence informs whether to expand, revise or retain the pilot.
Which tasks are good candidates for automation?
A useful starting point is a repeated task with a recognisable input and an output a team member can verify. Examples include capturing a website enquiry, recording it in CRM, assigning an owner and creating a follow-up reminder. Clear rules can handle that flow without an AI model.
AI becomes useful when messages vary. A prospective customer might describe several needs in one paragraph and omit important information. An assistant can prepare a summary, suggest a category and flag missing details. A person reviews the proposal and decides what to send.
Example: turning an enquiry into a sales task
Consider a business receiving enquiries through forms and email. We define required information, ownership and statuses such as new, in progress, awaiting a response and completed. Automation records receipt, connects the enquiry with a contact and creates the task. AI is used only where interpreting the message is useful.
Unclear requests are handed to a person rather than answered with invented proposal terms. Integration failures must remain visible and the record must be available for manual handling. This is an illustrative workflow; the implementation depends on your tools, volume and business rules.
Assistant, chatbot or rule-based workflow?
A chatbot is a conversational interface. It can answer questions from approved information and collect details for the next step. Conversation alone does not prove that a lead was saved, an email arrived or a CRM task was created. Those actions require separate integration and verification.
Rule-based automation follows predetermined steps. An AI assistant can interpret messages and prepare suggestions; a more complex agent may use several tools. I choose the least complex solution that meets the objective. Greater autonomy requires clearer boundaries, tests and a way for staff to stop or correct the process.
What does a pilot measure?
We record task volume, handling time and common errors before implementation. Representative examples include duplicates, ambiguous messages, empty fields and unavailable external systems. Each example gets an expected outcome and a named reviewer.
During the pilot we measure accepted suggestions, corrections, review time, tool costs and model usage. Speed without acceptable quality is insufficient reason to expand. Criteria for continuing the project are agreed before implementation.
Data, access and human oversight
Anonymised examples and a process description are sufficient for an initial discussion. Passwords and access tokens should not be entered into the contact form. Once implementation is agreed, we identify required systems, access owners and the minimum necessary data.
Pricing, terms and delivery information need an approved source and a fallback when information is missing. Sending proposals or changing business records can require staff approval. Error records, retention arrangements and maintenance responsibilities are defined around the tools involved.
How do we assess the business case?
Total cost includes analysis, implementation, integrations, subscriptions, model usage, maintenance and human review. We distinguish the objective: additional capacity, faster customer responses, fewer errors or a clearer view of sales opportunities.
An illustrative plan: a task repeated 200 times monthly with three minutes saved each time releases ten working hours. That is not automatically a cash saving. We need to understand how the time is used and what the whole system costs before choosing a small pilot, existing tool or broader integration.
When should the existing process be fixed first?
If ownership is unclear, records are inconsistent or staff disagree about the offer, we address those foundations first. Automation can accelerate an ineffective process. Clear statuses, responsibility and reliable information may help before AI is introduced.
A standalone consulting engagement can provide a process review, potential automation use cases and priorities. Its outcome is a practical proposal: what to test, what to prepare and how success will be verified.

15 / FAQ
Before we start
Can I book consulting without implementation?
Yes. We can start with process assessment and priorities. Implementation is a separate step once there is a justified use case.
Does every automation need AI?
Predictable steps can often be handled with rules. I introduce AI where interpretation or preparation of a verifiable output is useful.
How are scope and costs determined?
They depend on the process, integrations, data and review requirements. Implementation, subscriptions, usage and maintenance are specified separately to assess total value.
