Website development

I build websites and landing pages that explain your offer and help customers take the next step. Structure, content, development and measurement are planned as one project.

AM// · THE PROCESS AT A GLANCE
What should a business website do?
  1. Offer

Explain who you help and how.

  2. Journey

Clear pages, mobile usability and a next step.

  3. Contact

The form works and the enquiry reaches its owner.

  4. Measurement

Track successful enquiries and business outcomes.

Verification ends with a received enquiry, not a button click.

Structure starts with your offer

Before design, we define the audience, the services or products and the action visitors should take. This informs the page structure, content and contact journey. Different services get distinct pages answering their customers’ questions.

I work from Subotica, Serbia, with remote collaboration organised around clear stages and deliverable reviews. For existing websites, I first assess what can be retained, including addresses that already have search value.

Choose technology around the work

WordPress can suit teams that need regular content editing and a familiar maintenance system. React/Next.js or custom development suits specific functions and integrations. A landing page can be a standalone project for a single offer or campaign.

Scope may include design, development, agreed content entry, technical SEO foundations, analytics and contact form integration. Online stores and complex workflows are assessed around their business rules. Hosting, domain, content and maintenance are specified in the proposal.

What I verify before launch

I check mobile and desktop layouts, navigation, internal links, forms and error states. The contact journey is checked through to its receiving system. Analytics should distinguish a click from a confirmed successful action and respect the visitor’s tracking choice.

I review page titles, descriptions, canonical addresses, the sitemap and crawlable content. Address changes require a redirect plan. Search Console checks follow publication; indexing and search positions depend on Google’s processing and continued work.

Choose pages around customer questions

The homepage introduces the business; distinct service pages explain different offers. Project references demonstrate experience, an author or team page identifies responsibility, and contact provides an easy first step.

A single campaign may need one landing page. Several services require more content and clear navigation. Page count alone adds little: each page should answer a specific need and lead to a useful next action.

Plan content, design and mobile usability

We agree who supplies copy, photographs, branding and offer details. Content should explain the customer’s problem, working method and collaboration terms. Diagrams clarify processes; genuine images and work examples help visitors understand the business.

On mobile I review readability, touch targets, navigation and form length, together with loading stability and access to essential information. The visual identity should support understanding and decisions.

Redesign without losing useful addresses

A redesign starts with an inventory of existing pages and their value. We review available traffic, search and link data. Useful addresses are retained; changed addresses receive appropriate redirect planning.

Before launch we check canonicals, language links, internal links and the sitemap. After publication we review important journeys and Search Console status. A design change alone is not a reason to remove content customers still need.

Clarify cost, maintenance and ownership

Price depends on content scope, languages, editing needs, functions, integrations and the existing website. The proposal separates development, content entry, domain, hosting and maintenance. Reference sites help define the intended scope.

Handover specifies access, updates, backups and support ownership. Teams making regular content changes need an appropriate editing system and guidance. The website should remain usable after the initial project is complete.

12 / FAQ

Before we start

How much does a website cost?

It depends on page scope, content, languages, functions and integrations. After reviewing the requirements I prepare a proposal with specific deliverables and separate additional costs.

Do you only work with businesses in Subotica?

I work from Subotica and collaborate remotely with businesses across Serbia and other markets. Communication and review arrangements are agreed at the start.

Will I be able to edit the content?

We define this when choosing the solution. If regular editing is needed, we include an appropriate system and guidance, with maintenance and support agreed separately.
